Why Hot Water Extraction
Hot water extraction (sometimes called steam cleaning) is the method recommended by most major carpet manufacturers. Unlike dry cleaning or bonnet cleaning, it actually removes dirt and residue from deep within the carpet fibres rather than just pushing it around.
