Why flat-rate pricing?
We believe in transparency. With flat-rate pricing, you know exactly what you'll pay before we start. No watching the clock, no surprise charges. Our cleaners focus on quality, not speed.
What affects the final price?
Price is based on home size (bedrooms + bathrooms) and service type. Heavily soiled homes or homes that haven't been cleaned in a long time may require a deep clean first. We'll always confirm the price before starting.
Do you offer discounts for regular service?
Yes! Recurring clients on weekly or bi-weekly schedules get priority booking and consistent pricing. The more often we clean, the easier each visit is, so regular service is great value.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit, e-transfer, and cash. Payment is due after the cleaning is complete and you're satisfied with the results.
What's your cancellation policy?
We understand plans change. Cancel or reschedule with 24 hours notice at no charge. Same-day cancellations may incur a $50 fee to cover our team's time.
